Its fun. Collecting boos is really hard to do. still need 7 boos and ive had the game for 2 years.

I really got bored of it, but kinda recently (october) I pulled it out and beat it. Now I'm on the new mansion, and have gotten all Boos and all portrait ghosts (but one), and I can't beat King Boowser (King Boo in a Bowser suit) with that stupid half health thing... Meh.

No, this was made before Mario Sunshine. Plus you don't get to jump around, you get wave a flash light around and suck things up. He accually talks in this, though. He says "Mario?!" and when you point at stuff with the Gameboy horror for hints and things, he'll say things.

Yep, that's the jist of it anyway.

I got my Gamecube the day after it came out in the UK and this was one of the first games I got (along with Burnout). The graphics stunned me when I first got it - The attention to detail inside the mansion down to every little breth he takes in the cold air that mists up... It looks incredible and still looks fantastic, even after all this time. It's really absorbing and quite fun and simple too - I didn't think it was too easy because some parts were really hard. I just thought it was a bit short. However, I haven't gotten all the Boos yet because they keep getting away and I'm not very good at sucking them up with my vacuum!

Heh, this was my first game. I got it christmas 2001, along with my gamecube. (Then SSX Tricky and SSBM)

I give it a... 9/10. It was too short, and Luigi couldn't jump, but other wise, it was great.

Yeah, this was a pretty great Launch title! It's up there with SM64DS. I think the only thing about Luigi's Mansion I dislike is how short it is. They should have 7 levels. And at the end of each one you got a ghost star- NO. LET'S NOT GO DOWN THAT TRACK AGAIN.
