Chapter 1-Mapped Out


Sonic and Kuckles were in another one of their FEUDS.
This time it was about who was faster. They were arguing loudly when Tails came by and suggested a RACE. They would race each other to prove who was faster.
They mapped it all out.

Chapter 2-Race Interviews.


(Day of the Race) They both decided for Tails to be the "Eye in the Sky' Reporter.

:Tails: So Kunckles, what do you think are the chances of Sonic beating you? By the way, Sonic is on the other side of a sound proof wall, so say your true thoughts.

:Knuckles: Well, Tails, I think that I'm wasting my time in this race because I already know who's gonna win. :evilgrin:

Tails goes to Sonic on other side of the wall and asks same question.

:sonic: Whatever Knuckles said, except substitute Sonic, with Knuckles.

Tails goes to Knuckles.

:Tails: Does Sonic even stand a chance against you?

:Knuckles: No, Sonic will definetly lose.

Tails asks Sonic same question.

:sonic: Same thing I said for the first question.

Knuckles comes out from the curtains.

:Knuckles: Taking the easy way out are we?

:sonic: Heh heh.

BTW the Sonic heads mean Sonic is talking.

Ooh... If this was in SA2B, Knuckles'd win... :P

Chapter 3-Race Begins

:Tails: On your mark..... Get set......... ROLL!

Both Sonic and Knuckles rolled into a ball and ...well rolled down the first hill.
Then they ran up a 50 foot high mountin. They were still neck to neck....when...
BOOM! The mountain blew up. They had been racing on a volcano!
The lava spewed down.

:Knuckles: ARGH.

:sonic: HGRA

The lava rained down on them both.
A piece hit Knuckles.

:Knuckles: HOT HOT

But this allowed him to run even faster....
Sonic was now behind.

:sonic: I need to catch up!

Knuckles then started to slow down, there was a lake! He jumped in.
But in his hurry to stop the hotness, he forgot that he cpouldn't swim!

:sonic: Took this time to run ahead.

Knuckles got out thanks to a spring at the bottom of the lake.

:sonic: huff.....huff....huff...puff

:Knuckles: puff huff puff huff huff.

They were once again neck and neck, the spring had bounced Knuckles far so he was able to catch up to Sonic. Next they went into a tunnel. There were rocks everywhere. Then Knuckles remembered that he had the abillity to glide.
He jumped in the air and was much faster than Sonic who was jumping over rocks.

:Kunckles: HEH HEH HEH!~~~

:sonic: Come back here, cheater!

But then Knuckles hadn't realized that his glide was slowly comming down....He bashed into a wall.

Chapter 4-Misinformed Racer

:sonic: HAHHAHA! Sonic raced past Knuckles who was on the ground.

:Knuckles: ARGH

Knuckles got up and started to run.

But then a black blur passed Sonic. It was Shadow!

:sonic: What are you doing here?!

Looks up at Tails in the sky.

:Tails: (Shrugs)

:Knuckles: Just another person to Hummilliate.

They all approached a wooden Bridge.
But shadow was ahead. He crossed the bridge and cut the ropes.

:Shadow: HAHAHAHA! Losers! You'll never beat me now!

Luckilly for sonic and Knuckles there was a spring beside the bridge.
They both pounced at the same time but the spring wasn't strong enough...
They only got half way across the gap. Sonic steped on Knuckles's head and lept to the other side. Knuckles barely made it with his gliding abillity.

Chapter 5-The Finish Line

:Shadow: Heh! Those slowpokes are probably trying to find a way to get across.

:sonic: Actually, we're closer than you think.

:Shadow: WHAT?!

Sonic and Knuckles passed Shadow.

The finish line could be seen several hills away.

:Shadow: No you don't!

Shadow is now neck and neck with Sonic and Knuckles.

:sonic: Forget it guys! I'm winning this race.

:Knuckles: Don't be so sure!

:Shadow: You'll never beat me!

THe finsh line was not only a coulple yards away....

They all lept into the air, right to the line.....

:sonic: {I have..to win...}

:Knuckles: {Must beat....Sonic!}

:Shadow: {I can't lose to these two!}

Shadow then grabbed Knuckles' shoe lace in the air, Knuckles grabbed Sonic's hair. They all fell down right in front of the finish line. At that moment, Amy came by in her SUV.

:Amy: Hey guys, what are you doing on the ground like that?
I followed you guys in my car to see what was up. What's this line for

Amy walked towards it.

:Sonic, Knuckles, Shadow: NOOOOOO!!!!!

It was too late, Amy had crossed the line, and she had won the race!

:Tails: Amy has won the race! She is the fastest hedgehog!

:Amy: Huh?

hrm...U don't know why chapter 4 is like that...maybe I accidentally pressed the add reply instead of preview post and spaced out and went on...I'll try to write it over.
