*These are the characters that are playable during the game. If you want the rivals and other characters, then lemme know :D I may have missed some or added extra nonplayable characters.. but it required alot of thinking, and I'm tired. Enjoy!

Final Fantasy XII: Vaan, Ashe, Fran,
Final Fantasy X-2: Yuna, Rikku, and paine (the main characters)
Final Fantasy XI: that's sorta just online so it all varies (unless you w/ the RPC's that are there, but that's a different post because you can't play them)
Final Fantasy X: Yuna, Lulu, Wakka, Tidus, Auron, Rikku, Kimahri, Seymour (although you only play w/ him like once)
Final Fantasy IX: Zidane, Garnet (a.k.a Dagger), Amarant, Steiner, Vivi, Eiko, Freya, Quina, and you play with a few of the Tantalus guys, but only for a little bit like Cinna, Blank and Marcus.
Final Fantasy VIII: Squall, Zell, Quistis, Rinoa, Seifer, Selphie, Irvine, Laguna, Kiros, Ward, Edea.
Final Fantasy VII: Red XIII (a.k.a Nanaki), Vincent, Cloud, Aeris, Yuffie, Barret, Tifa, Cait Sith
Final Fantasy VI: Terra, Locke, Gogo, Edgar, Sabin, Mog, Celes, Shadow, Gau, Cyan, Setzer, Relm, Strago, Umaro
Final Fantasy V: Bartz, Reina, Faris, Galuf, Krile

Final Fantasy II: Dawn of Souls: Frioniel, Maria, Minh, Josef, Guy, Gordon, Layla, Richard, Lionheart
Final Fantasy I: Now we're getting somewhere... The classics, name-it-yourself characters, you have classes of characters instead of names. A fighter, Knight, black belt, Ninja, White Mage, Black Mage, Red Mage, Master, Thief, Red Wizard, White Wizard, Black Wizard

*Then you've got Final Fatnasy Tactics and Tactics Advance, the Chrono Trigger and Cross, the Final Fantasy Chronicles, and the other ones... I just listed the main as the request wasn't that specific..although I'd be happy to name those characters.
