RAMBO, official trailer (2008)
James Rolfe's Review (AVGN)
Mr.Blacks Rambo Review

A Trailer, and two reviews for the curious.

Anyway, so I saw Rambo last night over with seven of my friends, and GOD DAMN, this movie is FUCKING MANLY!

You don't really need to watch the previous Rambo or First Blood films to know what the hell is going on, but it doesn't matter, because the film rocks, and it was just incredible all around. Rambo is back, now living in a relaxed life-style in northern Thailand, given up on fighting. Missionaries then came one day, requested that they go to Korea (currently in it's 60th year of civil war) to provide food and medical supplies to a tribe. After negotiation, Rambo eventually takes them there. Ten days later, they never came back, so Rambo was hired by a Christan Minister (or whoever he is), to go along with a bunch of mercenaries to rescue the prisoners.

This movie is incredibly graphic, it's makes Saving Private Ryan look like Super Mario Sunshine.

I love this movie, I cannot wait to go see it again, hell if there is going to be a blu-ray version, I'd buy that. Rambo is a great movie, and an great alternative to regaining the y-chromosome you may've lost while not watching foot-ball, cooking stake, or playing Gears of War or Unreal Tournament 3.

Did any of ya see this movie? What did you guys think about it?

Funny. That;s similar to what James Rolfe said-

"It makes Saving Privet Ryan look like Happy Bunnies from heaven"

But yeah. This movie pumped me up with Testostrone and Manliness. Loved it all around.

I remember seeing the trailer for this around November and I was really surprised of how graphic and violent it was. :c

I probably won't see it though, not even if it comes out on DvD. It's hard for me to watch movies unless I'm really interested in them. Not that this is looks like a bad movie or anything.

I just came back from watching the movie, and I gotta say.
Pretty awesome.
While I was honestly disappointed by the plot, the giant action sence at the end made up for it.
I suggest seeing it if you get a chance.
