I haven't seen much about it other than, it's either about Lupin stealing some sort of treasure from a queen and conan tracking him down or Rachael met a queen on her way back home, and found out they look exactly the same. The queen asks her to imitate her cause there's someone out there wanting to kill her. Rachael promised to do so. After knowing the case, Conan went to save Rachael. I dunno. All I know is it's out now, not subbed, and I bet is pretty kick ass.

Also it's supposed to be a special feature to commemorate the 55th anniversary of NTV and the 50th anniversary of Yomiuri TV.
