TRU Hip Hop Family

Welcome all, new and old. As we await Spring and warmer better weather, except where you can fry and egg on the floor, things come more in focus. Vacations are coming soon and the supposed cream of the crop movies. Enjoy the last bits of 10 degree weather and let the colors bloom. Everyone try to put a better effort. Just a tidbit at least, don't come here just to download something and not say hello. Album Of The Week: El Da Sensei - The Unusual
Cop that shit!

In an interview on www.Daveyd.com, Buckshot blasted XXL Magazine for a number of reasons. None of which appears clear as to why Buck has beef with the mag. But for some reason Buck felt the need to let folks know how he feels....

"If you ask me, "Who I ride for, the Source or XXL?" I'mma tell you the Source every day. You Stupid? F**k them Ni*gas, f**k XXL. I'll tell you any day. Like Elliot (Wilson, XXL Editor) he my man, he cool and all that but if a ni**a wanna keep it business and be like "Buck my man and all that but I gotta keep it business," then f**k his business. And on a business level Son, f**k your magazine, f@*k XXL."

Buckshot also spoke on a rumor that Sean Price's album was being considered for a XXL rating until the "boss" came and knocked it down to an L....

"The writer at XXL felt like Sean Price deserved a XXL (rating) but his boss comes in and says "f**k that, give that sh*t an L (arge). That don't deserve no XXL." Like, who are you? You hired this ni**a to tell you what he thinks and then you come over and tell him "Nah, this is what I think. Then you should be the f**king writer b*tch."

Whoa such harsh words Buck.... but when asked if he was in the middle of The Source/XXL beef

"Why would I be in the middle of it? I know what side I'm on. I ride with Dave (Mays, Source Owner!) I ride with Ray (Benzino, Source Owner). Why? Them is some of the realest ni**as that I f**k with.... And a lot of people don't know that Ray Benzino is a real dude. Not because of a couple of rap pages. He f**ks with a lot of real ni**as in the street that will never be a part of this rap game. But they respect Son and these ni**as only respect real respect..... The fact that people think he can't rap as good as Eminem, the bottom line is, the nig**a ain't annihilated? He's still busting. The Source is still busting, better than XXL or triplequad fat double XXL, like a fat b**ch (LOL). Them ni**as is pathetic. All they do is ride Interscope's d*ck all day. Get off Interscope's d*ck!"

On reading this:
Shame first Sean Price(L) got a lower rating than Boloney & Mayo's album(XL). He got a fucking XL and the so called hardest member of G-Unit is coming out with a love song next, featuring Joe of all people. I guess XXL is the Shady magazine officially like The Source was The RSO magazine. This is what happens fakeness and ass kissing takes over journalistic ethics.

damn I heard about this interview but found it hard to believe since XXL already showed Buck some love and had me going nuts just for the fact that he had a whole 2-page feature to himself.
But he's right, they ride Interscope's dick way too much. I've complained about this on my blog...twice.
