Title: How To Change Jobs Successfully

-Don't resign your position or do anything that'll get your ass fired until you secure a new job.

-Be diplomatic and maintain good relationships with your supervisors. They might come in handy if you need some genuine references.

-Keep in mind that when one door closes, a million others are waiting to be opened.

-Be aggressive in your quest for a new career. It won't fall on your laps while you're sipping on cool aid.

-Never speak ill of your former employers during a job interview. Condemning your old boss will get you dropped quicker than Canibus.

-Finally, watch The Boondocks as often as possible!
