Title: Plan Your Day Right

How many times have you felt like you had so much to do at the same time. If you're like most of us, you procrastinate a lot and make plans that you never carry out. The following checklist will help you plan and prioritize properly:
    * Create a simple daily planner. Research has shown that 80% of people who write down their plans and ideas actually accomplish much more than the 20% who don't. Write down everything you hope to tackle in your "To-Do" list and reward yourself with inexpensive prizes for achieving them.

    * Prioritize all your tasks. Rank tasks in order of importance If something is labeled "important", you'll feel the overwhelming need to do it. If a cop pulls you over for speeding, you feel it's very important, so, you stop your car, or "to sit and stare the ceiling" will be on your To-Do list when you find yourself in jail.

    * Don't jump from one task to the next. Complete a task before commencing another. Impulsiveness and procrastination go hand in hand. Remember, it's not the number of things you do, but the efficiency of each action that counts.

    * A true genius is a person who executes 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. As soon as you think about an essential task, jump on it and get it done immediately.

    * Multi-task effectively. When my cousin asked me how I manage to get things done effectively, I told her the key word is "multi-task". She said "Nah, only females should multitask" The sad truth is she still whines about her poor planning, while I've managed to eliminate procrastination from my life.
Multitasking will enable you to time travel. Don't confuse this with "hastiness" and "disorderliness". Drinking coffee while driving to work is not multitasking. You must combine tasks that align properly to multitask effectively. I lift dumbbells whill waiting for my computer to boot (exercising and concurrently starting the computer).

    * Finally, navigate the future with your mind by reflecting on goals, benefits, and challenges that come with them, ahead of time. Our way of doing things is the direct outcome of the way we think about things.
Good luck!
