its sad on Feburary 21 was the marking of Maclom X's killing. 40 years and still noone rembers this mans passing.

yeah, Malcolm is always looked over in textbooks and seen by many as a bad person.

I think his legacy still lives on today, and the fight he put up against injustice was much needed in this country and will never be forgotten by people like myself.

Not that X didn't do a lot for the black community, but violent leaders are seldom remembered in a positive way.... unless of course you're the President of the United States

on another note, if I lived in the time that Malcolm X lived in and endured the things that African Americans endured at that time I may have been violent too...but people always seem to forget the little part of the story where he changed his ways and gave up his negative feelings towards the white race.
