Watching this on CNN and Court TV, I just sat back and said, "Dayum!" I believe that Life in Prison would've been better.
In California, taxpayers will pay more for Scott Peterson to be on Death Row instead of a Maximum Security Prison. Plus, the inmates will "take care" of him. It's cheap and not as dirty.
Well, it wasn't in my hands, so I don't feel bad at all. Peterson did the crime, so the punishment was gonna be horrific, no matter which one he received.

wow, I didn't expect a person like him to be sentenced to death.
He got what he deserved though...he deserves to fry.
No, I think he should have the same consequence as any other murderer, which is life in prison...no parole, nothing. We cant let our morals of him also "killing the baby" make our descions, he did take the lifes of his wife and the child but you know damn sure that the verdict had alot to do with personal values.
Dont kill him too, make him sit in a prison for the rest of his years.
