Title: Golden Sun 3
Description: What might happen....
Kiroshi - June 16, 2004 10:38 AM (GMT)
I reckon that it will most likely follow from the events of GS2.
It could follow from when Alex falls into MT.Aleph.
He could manage to escape from inside somehow, and then try to
take over the world!
HAHAHA!!!!!!!
It's just a guess......
the_isaac - June 16, 2004 11:56 AM (GMT)
I think this has already been discussed and proposed..
God of the Black Flame: Canti - June 16, 2004 05:21 PM (GMT)
Yeah....that is the most probable thing.....um.....right. -_-
PyroFlame - August 10, 2004 12:56 AM (GMT)
i think alex will tap into the GODLY POWERS OF MT ALPH, AND VENTURE INTO AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE WHERE THERE IS SATURN< AND OTHER PLANETS WITH ICE AN OTEHR ELEMENTS< AND THEN ISSAC AND PEEPS WILL FOLOW, AND KILL ALEX AT THE END< HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH just an idea
Hawk - August 10, 2004 05:58 AM (GMT)
Hvae you noticed cap lock. -_-
God of the Black Flame: Canti - August 10, 2004 08:21 PM (GMT)
Ok, that's like..... weedish. Crazy newbie. :P
ZaberTheAlmighty - October 10, 2004 06:03 PM (GMT)
O_o Wonder what he was smoking...
garet33 - October 10, 2004 06:10 PM (GMT)
ZaberTheAlmighty - October 10, 2004 07:04 PM (GMT)
Maybe it was a pidgeon. :D
the_isaac - October 10, 2004 08:39 PM (GMT)
or how about.. *dudududuuuuuu* some weed weed?
God of the Black Flame: Canti - October 10, 2004 10:07 PM (GMT)
Maybe he was just hyper. -_-
Keron - October 14, 2004 09:14 PM (GMT)
Theres always the posability that hes just plain stuped. :P
God of the Black Flame: Canti - October 14, 2004 10:35 PM (GMT)
Ah, yes, that's also true. Yeah, I think that's probably it.
Arran_Garside - October 15, 2004 10:52 PM (GMT)
I think that when Alex got to the top of Mt. Aleph and got pwn3d by the Wise One, he would just manage to gain a small piece of the Golden Sun's energy, just enough to survive. He would find himself floating out at sea. He would fall off the edge of Gaia Falls to discover that Weyard is just a land on top of a huge mountain. Alex would have a reason for trying to gain the Golden Sun's powers. Alex would be the main character.
BTW, I'm a n00b, hi!
Swordmaster - October 16, 2004 03:03 AM (GMT)

Arran_Garside - October 16, 2004 10:31 PM (GMT)
Trojan Dragonette - October 16, 2004 11:09 PM (GMT)
Listen, if you guys want to talk about smoking pidgeons and introducing newbies, there sections for it, so take it somewhere else.
ZaberTheAlmighty - October 17, 2004 12:16 AM (GMT)
Not everything has to be in its section. Not everything has to be neat and orderly.
Swordmaster - October 17, 2004 03:12 PM (GMT)
Trojan all you've done here so far is annoy us, if Marlin didn't like it this way by all means he should change this. I'm sure I speak on most people's behalves' but then again maybe not. I may be younger than you but this is my view of you and if you want to continue this little conversation by all means PM me. -_-
Aquatic Trooper - October 20, 2004 03:31 AM (GMT)
At the end of GS:TLA, you ssee Mt, Aleph sink into the earth, or partially. The tip is still sticking out like a sore thumb, and was'nt good ol' Alex on the tip? He was alive when it crumbled, most likely just temporaily paralyzed on the peak. He is ALIVE, and nearly all-powerful(which is a dream I've been persuing too.), but remember Saturos and Menardi falling into Venus Lihgthouse. You all saw the huge amounts of psynergy unleashed when all the beacons were lit right? What do you think happened then? DUM, DUM, DUM, DU-DU-DA-DU-DUM!! Golden Sun Three must involve Alex, Sayuros, and Menardi! Plus at Mars Lighthouse, Karst and Agatio were presumed dead, correct? Well their bodies were not there if you return to that room, which means they did die OR they used the fight as a excuse to escape! The Antagonists have returned! The Protagonists must fight! But over all, Mercury Adepts rule the lands! Water and Ice all the way!!
OMEGA-COOL!! ICE-MISSILE!!
PURE-PLY!!
I summon AZUL!!!!!
From the proud member of the Mercury Clan, Aquatic Trooper.
Swordmaster - October 20, 2004 03:46 AM (GMT)
Wow you have a lot to say! the more the better.
goldensunrules - October 26, 2004 10:15 AM (GMT)
Hey people. Yeah i know i'm really new. Anyway.
I've been looking at lots of forums and most people seem to think that Golden Sun 3 has a new generation of adepts which would really suck since we haven't finished the story of the present charecters.
shadowboy2 - December 4, 2004 09:11 AM (GMT)
whaaaaaaat a do not now what you are talking about it is good to play as som other player
...perhaps - December 5, 2004 04:52 AM (GMT)
I think that the characters (excpet Alex of course) can be dumped away and finished with. What more are they needed for, other than protagonists? One way or another, if they give you a new generation, you have to get Eoleo.
sol_blade - December 29, 2004 08:02 PM (GMT)
maybe alex is dead...BUT he has a son wich has grown up and is going to take revenge ..
Dark Zero - January 9, 2005 03:42 PM (GMT)
hi im new but umm...lol...Alex may still be alive, also GOlden Sun three could be revolving a bit around what happpened to Garret on the Mars lighthouse, when the invisible figuere was pulling on his arm
sankara - January 10, 2005 12:59 AM (GMT)
well we already know that there are events that will unfold that will involve the children of the original heros. it was one of the wind adepts or ppl who can tell the future that said something to the effect of my son will aid felix's son wehn the time comes. so it possible that the next story will include a new set of heros, its already been hinted at. and something ive brung up in other forums that not alot of ppl have noticed or used was that alex.. well he can teleport. look at the first game, when u reach sol sanctum. he teleported in front of garet and ect, and couldnt he fly? then in the second game when alex just appeared in the jupiter light house just before u see issac and crew about to be ... messed up would be a good way of putting it. so i dout alex dies.
the_isaac - January 10, 2005 07:42 AM (GMT)
but still, he was stunned! he couldn't do anything. their powers must be triggered in another way than just by the mind, right?
sankara - January 10, 2005 09:41 PM (GMT)
first of all lets take a look at what happend in kolima. where tret almost turned them into trees. it didnt look like or sound like any of them threw up those sheilds consiously. being they were unconsious when it happend first. it looked like the psynergy powers did that to protect the adepts. so why couldnt it have happend to alex only on a bigger scale? it seems psynergy protects the user from stuff that would render the adept useless (like being turned in to a tree or crushed)
the_isaac - January 10, 2005 11:38 PM (GMT)
hmm.. I guess you're right.. but that was psynergy that Tret was using to turn them into trees. There was no psynergy involved when Alex was being crushed by mount aleph.
sankara - January 12, 2005 06:59 PM (GMT)
well if there wassnt anything preventing alex from escaping from mt alpha then why couldnt he have teleported from mt alpha to avoid being crushed? even if the wise one could have convinced alex that he couldnt move i dout he could have prevented alex from using psnyergy to escape. as hes not allowed to interfear w/ humans.
windseer1986 - February 4, 2005 05:53 PM (GMT)
wow, all of this topics are bringing back memories of when i played gs.
I always thought they should have expanded on the idea that psynergy acting on its own like that.
one thing that disappointed me was the turning of the storyline in lost age. in the first one, psynergy and alchemy had so many negative effects, so why did they go to so much trouble making it seem bad then turn around and make you ignite the lighthouses.
in fact it was supposed to be the power of the psynergy stones that turned the animals into monsters and even drove tret mad, making him curse people that came into the forest. to me it doesnt make any sense that they did a total turn around and made you want to restore alchemy. i mean firat it was evil and corrupted everything, but all of a sudden its actually weyards life force? that was really bad planning as far as the storyline goes...
and as far as saturos and menardi being revived as evil, they were supposedly not evil according to the people of prox(although once again they were portrayed as evil in the first one)
i really hope that the third one is about the original sealing of the lighthouses etc, not just a dumb continuatiuon with the heros kids.
DULLAHAN - February 4, 2005 10:02 PM (GMT)
saturos and menardi did die because they fell down the middle of the lighthouse and all the power in it would have killed them and if they survived that, even with psynergy they couldnt survive the drop.they dont have teleport like alex.and for agatio and karst they did die, the power of the lighthouse killed them.alex when he went down on top of mt alpha we dont know if he died for a fact because when you see the picture where you see the top of mt alpha it was a non-moving picture so how do we not know it went downwhile everyone were hugging each other. -_-
windseer1986 - February 5, 2005 01:37 AM (GMT)
i think mt aleph did go down, i mean didnt the wise one say it was being drawn into the earth or something, and i dont think he would lie about something...(thinks back to when he says alchemy is bad....oh wait thats not him lying its just the people who wrote the storyline being idiots)
...perhaps - February 5, 2005 01:51 AM (GMT)
When did he ever say alchemy was bad? Surely you at least mean he implied it, and not said it directly?
DULLAHAN - February 5, 2005 09:21 AM (GMT)
i think he means when the wise one said somthing about some evil person could use the power of alchemey to control all of weyard after it is unleashed.
windseer1986 - February 5, 2005 07:10 PM (GMT)
he tells you that you have to stop it from being unleashed, and i think i remember saying it was evil or something but idk i havent played that part in forever.
anyways the fact that the psynergy stones corrupt tret and turn animals into monsters is supposed to show that alchemy is evil.
...perhaps - February 15, 2005 10:58 PM (GMT)
I don't think that that shows it to be "evil". The psynergy stones mearly cause random effects that increase the strength of anyhting they touch that can't control them. Just because it can cause great evil when not used properly doesn't mean that psynergy is evil in and of itself.
windseer1986 - February 15, 2005 11:33 PM (GMT)
ah but it turned the animals into horrible monsters, such as big ants with boxing gloves...seriously, though, why the hell were there big ants with boxing gloves...
Issac - March 13, 2005 02:38 AM (GMT)
i am Making this old post relive its fame!!!
if it had any lol...

Seriously Alchemy is good in some ways is it is bad
Alex and Mia well theres an example 1 is good and 1 is bad two different affects by Alchemy ;)
But Alex chose the side of evil and i don't think Alex will be the main problem if there is oing to be a golden sun III ^_^
i think the main problem will be... '_'
Alchemy itself :(
because Weyard was Slowly Eroding away because the absence of the golden sun's Alchemy Weyard would have bin destroyed.
But was Bringing alchemy back to weyard a good idea? :/
I dont think so XP

How cool would it be if they put golden sun 1 & 2 on Nintendo DS in the same cartidge???
I think it would be great world map on the bottom and every thing...
and we'd able to use new move like that when u become a lord such as oddyssess(forgive my spelling) And Liquifier and plume edge etc.
if they updated both games so that the wind adepts along with ice adept mia(water) so what do u guys think?...
