you have to use lash on the rope and climb inside. If piers has the lash thingy and you saved after he left then you have to restart the game I think. :P

well iv done that.. and i climb innside.. but there is no one there.... and i think he is at the bottom floor of that tower... and the rope thingy that u use lash on is on 2nd floor......

Yes, the guy is at the bottom of the tower. At least, I think he is. I'm not sure, but I think you have to go near the stairs that lead down there, and he'll appear. But that may not be true, i forget.
