Isaac - Master (5 wind, 4 fire) - 172% stats - Normal attack and Thunderstorm
Garet - Ronin (5 earth, 4 wind) - 162% stats - Quick Strike (all you need)
Sheba - Necromage (3 water, 3 fire, 3 earth) - 156% stats - Call Dullahan, Dire Inferno, and Revive

Peirs - Admiral (8 water) - 146% stats - Megacool and Diamond Berg
Felix - Master (5 wind, 4 fire) - 172% stats - Annihilation and Thunderstorm
Jenna - Ronin (5 earth, 4 wind) - 162% stats - Quick Strike (all you need)
Ivan - Pure Mage (5 water, 4 earth) - 162% stats - Pure Wish, Revive, Freeze Prism, and Spark Plasma

Anyways,here's another one : ("This time it's mine.")
These were based off of in the game and in the Battle Mode. Here's mine with some reasoning :

Felix- Master: The main attraction is of course Death Plunge and Annihalation. The other bonus is if you have Felix with the Sol Blade: Your attack is at 170%, very high, which increases the usefullness of the Sol Blade on a boss.

Jenna- Beast Lord: Something tells me the class is highly underestimated. It's powerful EPAs (especially Ghost Soldier) are enough to make up for the bad stats, but an even better addition is healing and revive. And since the attack bonus is fair, Jenna can whip out the T-Edge for a good ol' party.

Sheba- Necromage: She gets this class instead of others because 1) Then it wouldn't let us have all of those other great classes and 2) She has high base PP, meaning more Call Dullahan. Don't forget some powerful range Psy and Revive.

Piers- Guru: The guy can attack with is Excalibur, but he can also heal along the way. Solid stats, add in Break--good class.

Isaac- Paladin: Everyone underestimates Paladin because it only has Wish and Plume Edge. But the fact it has VERY high stats for everything (200% for HP, 150% PP, 160% attack, ditto for D, and 130% for the other 2) allows for Wish upon Wish without worrying about dying fast. Oh yeah, don't forget to use Excalibur.

Garet- Master: ("See Felix's")

Ivan- Pure Mage: This is a great class. Plain great. Not only does it get a nice PP bonus, it gets Wish, which means more uses. Did I forget to mention Revive and Resist? 'Cause there's those too. The rest of the stats are solid too. And need I say Luck? Range Psy is useful too.
