he's a fire adept, the Lighthouse beacon must have affected him in some way, by giving him a boost of energy, he must of thought someone touched his arm

so how come it didnt pull jennas arm though?

Jenna is only half, as you can see, Felix is Earth, and Jenna is Fire, there parents had different elements to control

So I would doubt it would affect Jenna as much

well woudnt the parent which controls fire get pulled a bit as well?even though they couldnt tell anyone seeing as they were nearly dead but you wouldve saw get pulled along the ground a little bit?

what im saying is, wouldnt whichever parent of jenna which is a fire user, wouldnt he or she be pulled by the energy as well?

unlike Garet, garet was fully active, felix's Mother wouldnt have been pulled, but more fully healed by the power, unlike the other 2, which were earth adepts, be sumwhat healed, so it wouldnt have had a pull on Jennas Mother

Well said. That pretty much summed up what I would've said.

A slightly different something-of-an-explanation could be that it's just a perception of Garet's, so A. Jenna doesn't think the same way and therefore didn't perceive it the same way, and B. The parental types both were not even concious to express that perception and may not have had it either. Just an alternative thought I had.

Actually, I came up with a few explanations quite a while ago in my head. :biglaugh:

-- The Wise One, in order to escape the lighthouse's destruction, had to levitate and get past the heroes of 8 without being seen. So he camoflauged himself with psynergy and became invisible. But, he accidently scrapped against Garet's arm as he escaped.

-- The psynergy was exploding vehemently out of the lighthouse, and a lick of it happened to scrape against his arm.

-- There were pebbles and rocks flying everywhere as the lighthouse crumbled and one hit his arm.

Oh there used to be plenty. Not as much anymore, the place has quieted down considerably.

I never gave much thought to that bit, with Garet's arm being grabbed. I don't know why it didn't bother me...

I would say that part is just showing the fact that their parents are alive, because garet was trying to carry them out, and one of them started pulling on his arm.

How's about we find more interesting stuff on GSTLA or GS that no one really noticed :happy:

like does anybody know where isaacs ship went? because when isaacs party joins you how come you dont see another ship near yours where isaac must of landed before joining felix.

yes yes, where did it go? a very big mystery on our hands here, i bet isaac stashed it away sumwhere so it wouldnt be taken, since Isaac Knew Alex needed one of them ships

why did alex need one?i didnt know that.

Alex, even though he has Agatio and Karst to use, needed to get back to Vale to grab the Goldensun, Isaac didn't know that, but probably had an idea about Alex needing it to get somewhere later on. Plus Alex mustv'e taken it to get back to Vale, I don't know :dry:

I've always kind of wanted that. I never really liked the team you use in GS2.

Hmm... Maybe, just maybe, they will make a game that explains how Isaac and friends got to Contigo, I sorta liked the second game more than the first game.

I always believed that you can do sum side-quest that explained Isaac and friends how they got to Contigo,and ,did they even make it to Lemuria?

some of the people in lemuria talk about some other people which came before felixs party, so maybe they did make it to lemuria.

It seems altogether impossible that Isaac and co. got to Lemuria before Felix and co. but I do think I vaguely remember the presence of the comment that implied that, so they may just have an internal contradiction. I mean, what about Poseidon? . . .Unless maybe he came after. I dunno. . .

And it is altogether baffling how they got into the part of the world you use in GS2.
