Well let's see Silver. How old is he? He's of your grade right? Ask him how he's been doing and stuff and he'll reply with his statement. After that your conversation will just kind of flow to the point where he becomes acquainted with you and he knows who you are.

And then maybe if you have a birthday or something you could invite him to show you're his friend.

Then after that he'll probably be coming to you for outings knowing you're with him.
