This may sound stupid but when the man gives me the mars star at the mars lighthouse i cant find it in my items. 8| Does any one know why /

It's inside a mythril bag. If you see a gray bag somewhere in your inventory its there.

You have to use that Psyenergy that allows you to attatch ropes to things, then climb up the riope and jump on poles.
