The only anime I ever liked was Escaflowne, but that's not on the air anymore, which makes me extremely angry. Personally, I think Dragon Ball Z sucks. Dragon Ball Z has terrible plotlines with absolutely no direction. I cannot believe Dragon Ball Z is as popular as it is.

Well Marlin Beta I must agree with you about Dragon Ball Z The first Dragon Ball was not bad but the new ones are not as good. You should check out a couple old anime shows BattleTech and Saber Rider.

Never heard of it. Sorry. I'm actually starting to get more involved with the Escaflowne series at the moment. I recently bought DVD number four out of the series of eight. It's awesome! I recommend this series for everyone.

Nope. Though, I’m not really the person to ask. I have a poor anime background, as I’ve mentioned earlier. All I know is that the Americanized versions of most animes are terrible compared to their unedited Japanese counterparts.
