Title: I can't get an Avatar up!
Description: I can't see my Avatar ever.

I've been trying to set up an Avatar for two months and I can't see it. Please help me. I beleive I'm following all of the guidelines.

Alright. First of all, are you uploading it from your computer? Or are you entering an URL to the image?

hes been entering an url. you can see that if you right click and choose properties or whatever.

When i try to upload a pic from my computer,it says that kind of file is not allowed to be shown as an avatar or a personal picture.
