Title: Bunkhouse setup
Description: what's in them

Cargo - September 17, 2003 08:11 PM (GMT)
Maybe I could find this info somewhere, but I thought I just ask.
What are the features of the bunk house?
ie electrical outlets, A/C, Queen size beds for everyone, etc...
or are they just powerless cabins with wooden planks for beds?

(Deciding whether or not to bring the coffee grinder to make some swell swill for the morning)

Thanks

Some have power. Not sure if they all do. They have about 12-18 bunks each I guess. They're pretty much wooden planks. They have mattresses floating around; but not enough for all the bunks and some are nasty.

I recommend if you can get there early Friday and stake your claim!

PS. The bunk houses don't have heat.

Ohhh. As I thought. Better break out the fart sacks. And a good comforter, it'll probably be down around 50deg at night.
Gotta love it, we'll be shivering in the morning dew and sweating under the noon sun.
I'll bring the coffee beans for sure then.

Yeah there are tents allowed. The bunkhouses are a great option, though me personally, I think I'm gonna make some room in the car and put the backseat down. I like to go to sleep early at these big games and such. I'll just be there friday night though, and stick around on saturday after we win, but not too late.

Ill sleep wherever there is room, to be honest I dont care if I end up sleeping in the dirt with no sleeping bag, its all worth it for this game!

I've been sleeping in a haystack while making charcoal most of this last week, so a bunkhouse, no matter how spartan, sounds like fun. :P
