after reading that people might be cut from the defense roster I e-mailed blue to check it out. I got this in reply,

Not true, not true! Defenders will stay defenders. We will have plenty of players on both sides. (Especially the attackers) This will be a Castle game to remember! And there you have it.... part of the problem is with pre reged players. Since the pump players have blown away all records for registering in advance, it looks like all that will be there is pumpers.
but as we all know, most big events dont fill up until the last minute, and there really wasnt any limit on semi players, so no pressure to register early. Im sure theyll show up by the bus load on game day..

Weve already proven that pump players have the numbers and desire to make events such as this work, but few will realize it until they see us out there by the hundreds.. Now all we need to do is prove we can be competitive.. But i dont think thatll be a problem at all.. :D

I was hoping this was going to be some long philisophical piece on the nature of defense etc.......I mean hey, that's great. :P

We talked to a bunch of big game semi fans today at a paintball field in western Mass. One is a really good scenario/big game player I've played with before and he was interested in coming to attack us. He may even bring some of his friends. B)

Its nice to know some of the attackers will be quality folks I know. ;)
