Question. We are supposed to use only barrel condoms (socks) at EMR this year right?.... well I have a problem in that no condom will fit over my PGP. Yes I know they make ultra-wide condoms for the girthly gifted, but my PGP has extentions...

I have a CA kit (Cooper T) that runs into the front of the marker and thus preventing a condom from fitting.

Crash Landing has a new run of super wide barrel jimies for this purpose, they should be ready by Castle. unfortunately the previous supplier disspaeared and left CL in lurch. I need a couple as well, and ill get mine at the field at castle.

i would think you could probably make a suitable one with a bit of inginueity, perhaps using denim, sacrifice an old pair of jeans for the cause.. just be prepared to test it in front of field staff if they ask. As it should be, they wont skimp on safety.

yeah those are fine for any normal setup where the longest point is the end of the barrel... but look at my PGP setup. The black one in the link above.

as you can see the SS hose arches forward, preventing me from slipping even an ultra wide onto the barrel without having to include the hose.

Hmm, looks like you're going to just have to break down and use a backpack/fanny pack big enough to fit the gun inside that will zip closed. During the game, you'll probably be ok just holding your gun up, but you'll need something secure if to go off the field with that setup.
