Okay , heres what i have so far... everything is subject to change ofcourse.

I should be arriving early to mid afternoon at EMR on Friday, the 26th for set up, if all goes as planned. You should see a Blue tent, about 20 feet long, though im not sure where it will be set up yet. were working on getting a few large banners (same as the site logo) to make things easier. Most of the SCP admin team will be there, and probably wearing gold on Black name strips, with our Site handles, so we should be easy to find.

If youve got an FRS Radio, you can just give a shout over Channel 2, and well tell you were we are. well be near, or with the Action Markers crew, as well as the tracer/Equasion Barrels guys, and some others..

Ill be keeping a roll call tally as players check in, and should have some detailed information by then as to where to sign in for the game registration and all that. friday will be just set up, meet up and hang out day..

saturday morning before the game orientation, well get everyone together for the final details, probaby by the SCP courtesy tent, and update the tally reflecting the people that will be arriving sat, morning. . We should also have some gun tech available, if anyone has problems with their gear.

well go defend the castle like no others have ever done!

saturday afternoon well be back at the courtesy tent, celebrating our victory (win , loose, or draw, this game is still a victory for pumpers world wide!) So come on over !

Well be taking pictures the whole time, as will many others including several media people.. so avoid picking your nose in public, it may end up on the front page of the site, or worse :)

theres the general idea, I know Crash STP , Action Markers, and the rest of the guys will also have some other things going on at the same time, it should be pretty cool..

what happens during the evenings? Like friday night. Can we still stay in the free lodging if we preregistered?

Will there be a hangout spot friday night? What about sat?

For lodging, it all depends on how many bunks are available. We have a cabin Available, but we may already have more bodies than bunks , well have to see. But i think ive got a couple camping tents which ill try and bring if i can find them, for overflow..

For the evenings im sure theyre will be plenty of folks hanging out all around the park.. not sure about player parties yet, but who knows...
the SCP tent will be open :D

Well...I quit my job at the hospital...so I might just make the Castle afterall...<grins> I was really hating it anyway. Too much stress. So, with luck Mav, I can swing playing with the rest of the pump players. I also have a bud that wants to go too who plays pump. I'll try and contact EMR to make arrangements.

The Marshals bunkhouse is waaaayyy up on the right. If any bunks are open, it would be up to Ladymarshal to designate them.

I'll be getting there Friday afternoon probably, depends on whether 10shot needs a ride from Rhode Island.
There will be Fri Night Games for the pump players, and CanCon will be hosting games on Sunday.
The rec center is open at night, sometimes all night. I'm thinking Fri night karaoke and beer pong. ;)

ahhh, this helps, well, except that karaoke thing..that sounds downright dangerous.. :ph43r:

Gunslingers will be set up there for gun tech, and can work on, fix, and /or upgrade just about anything. also expect plenty of goodies for sale, so start rolling your change :lol:

oh, and just a teaser, but theres a good chance of some NEW pump products being unveiled at Castle..im sworn to secrecy, so dont ask... but if all goes as planned, the word of the day will be "drool"... :P :D

cool.. well as far as I know when I registered I requested a bunk from Blue and he said OK.... now if we have too many people... then well I hope I can actually get some sleep in my beetle :)

Or are you referring to somebody elses new stuff?

Actually, I know of a couple goodies from other folks that may be showing up, and if they do it really will drop some jaws.

As for me, I'll be bunking in Marshal HQ, and look for the white Land Rover for the meager selection from Siegecraft and overflow for the gun-tech issues.

I'm hoping to squeak a spot on the floor in the SCP bunkhouse when I get there Friday. If not, I've slept in my truck before...but at least it wouldn't be in my driveway this time :lol:

Im not big on drinkin,,, so even two pints of plain grog would probably put me out cold the night... no need to mix expolosives, last thing i need to is to belch and blow up at the same time... :blink: :wacko: ^_^
