im thinking something like that would be considered a "landmine" , but in order to use it, you would probably have to demonstrate to the filed staff that it is safe to do so. might be best to give emr a call and get their exact standards, and if it sounds like itll be legal, prepare a few extra "charges" so you can provide a live demonstration for them.
