We fully anticipate that the SCP bunkhouse will be at maximum capacity for Pump Pandemonium. I wish we had enough space for everyone but alas, we only had 15 x 40 feet to work with and you can only pack so much into that size. What we do have is the following:

* 15 bunks
* 3 couches

For sleeping space, we are having a policy of passholders first, contributing members second and first-come, first-served for everyone else. I'll explain.

Season Passholders of EMR that have their name on the SCP Bunkhouse roster each have their own bunks. A few of these people are not coming to PPIV (Waldo can't make it, f'rinstance) and a few other bunks will be open for various other reasons. This should leave at least 10 bunks unreserved.

Additionally, there are members who are not passholders who have nevertheless contributed heavily to the construction of the bunkhouse. P8rjock, his buddy AJ, ChemX and so on. If you have contributed in the construction of the bunkhouse and you would like to reserve a bunk, just let me know and we'll save you a space.

Lastly, the remaining space will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If you show up on Thursday, you are almost certain to get bunkspace. Early Friday is a god possibility as well.



The other major issue we are going to have is storage. With 18 people and all their gear, the bunkhouse is going to be crowded. In order to alleviate some of these issues, we are going to ask (pretty please with sugar on top!) that people try to follow these guidelines:

* If you can, keep a bag or two in your vehicle
* Try to limit gear into the bunkhouse to a bag or two. Keep the bag(s) on your bunk during the day and we'll stack them against the wal at night.
* We have lots of pegboard on the walls as well as hooks for goggles, harnesses, etc. The more we use them, the less gear gets left around.



Rather than go through a bunch more info, I'm going to leave this open for questions.

Right now we expect to have at least 6 or 7 open bunks plus three couches to the first people who show up.

Noodles and I will be there Thursday night. We'll be doing a little work and clean-up on Friday morning and then it'll be time for paintball followed by consumption of copious ammounts of beer.

A little off topic.
We should see you and Noodles before noon on the Friday. Deb and I were originally planning to camp but we decided to get a room at the Blue Ridge and commute to the field.

As of now its only me, but i might have 1 teammate playing still. Hes not sure yet. So in the Ambush Alpha bunkhouse we will have room for people. Or none the less, room for ppl to store gear in if they wish. We have 12 bunks, and front part of our bunk is the living room area, which we have a couch that folds out into a bed. Couple chairs.

I dont have a problem with anyone staying as long as the people there keep it picked up. Its hard enough to keep it clean from out teammates :P Were suppose to charge 10 bucks a weekend for anyone non team that stays in it.. but we havnt done it yet so im sure we can sneak some ppl :P

I'm sure the motel will be a lot more comfortable for you. We were considering it ourselves but then we decided that, you know...
1) We've put too much work into this bunkhouse NOT to stay there.
2) Neither one of us is going to pull down DD. :lol:

If you guys want to charge then go for it.

The SCP cabin has always had a donation box with the understanding that any contributions would go 100% back into the bunkhouse. To date, we've used every penny (much more, in fact).

10 shot yes, dunno if hes comin to PP4 or not. if so then he'll be there. origin if he decides to is staying. Dunno of anyone else, but we definatly have room.

Trojanman, just to let you know. Me, Jake, Matt (my brother), and Christine (girlfriend) will be coming to PPIV. We're going to bring a tent just incase there is no room in the bunkhouse. We should be arriving around noon on Friday. Definitely looking forward to seeing you guys again.

Well do keep in mind that just because the SCP bunkhouse will be full, there are numerous other open bunkhouses for people to stay in. Check in with the front desk and ask what's available. So if you need to save some space or just don't want to assemble the tent and sleep on the cold wet ground that option is available.
