Title: Step up and get some..
Description: SCP work that is

Cargo - February 7, 2006 03:41 AM (GMT)
Greetings,
There are several things outstanding in the realm of SCP. And they're are many more that while possible not quite evident to the infrequent browser's, would be very very welcome enhancments to the SCP community.

I feel the ripples and shock to my system every time The SCP Jersey is mentioned. Or the every missing search function bubbles to the top. Or even when I *gasp* look at www.stockclasspaintball.com. :D

Now, I have had an email from a very nice person who offered a rework of the website. Failing as I have in responding to him further, I will be approaching him again shortly in the hopes that he can whizbang the php/mysql that I would love to do. If I had the time.

So here's YOUR chance to help out.
If you've got the skill, resources, and time. Then drop me an email: cargo-at-stockclasspaintball.com

Let me know what you think you can do. I'm not going to suggest anything here. I'd rather see what you come up with.

--disclaimer--
This is not a business offer. This is an oppurtuinity to help the community by offering your free time to produce something that may be used `officially` by SCP. However, unless you opt for anonymous, you will be duly credited with your work at every possible moment.

Thank you for your time,
-Cargo

Would love to help, but web construction and me have not had a good history.

Hope somebody is willing to step up!

I would love to help out, but I have very little to no clue on web design.

Sorry I can't help Cargo :(

If you need help moderating on the boards to free up some of your time for web design, I could help there.

I' m just looking at this now Bob. :P

Well, I'm good at administration portions and smiley's, however I'm lousy at graphic and website design. What are you using on the back end of the boards? PHP ovbiously but which one, and SQL or Oracle for the database?

I have a great grasp of HTML, CSS, mambo, and a wee bit of PHP/JAVA and would love to help out when I have time, I just took on two more clients for web design.

Web Pages I have done.

So let me know what you need.

Well i can do a bit of page design and flash animation. But I do not claim to be an expert. If SCP would like some page layouts or flash banners and graphics I'm glad to help when I can. Let me know.

I guess I'm a little late posting, but oh well. Anyway, I can help out with any of the graphic design, and I can help a little with the HTML, and am currently learning CSS.

I also know how to do Animations in Adobe Imageready (finally got the hang of it).
