Last night, the Megadeth show fuckin kicked ass. SO awsome. Definitely that and Iced Earth were my 2 favorite shows period. Dave Mustaine was so energetic, totally being the man, better than ever. Matt and Gordy you guys really shouldn't have missed out but oh well. It was such a great show though.
Me, eden and nile were in the very front the entire time. Well, obviously we had to push our way there and it wasn't always fine and dandy. I kept getting hung on by fat drunk guys, and this shit brick even spilled his beer on me, but it was all worth it. We were so close we could count James McDonoughs hairs.

As you can see it was a long ass setlist. Thats cause the original first opening band Earshot dropped out (thank god, I heard they sucked ass). The second opening band Exodus, so bad. fuckin horrible. But it was all worth it cause Megadeth played for a whopping 2 hours. They played a total of 6 songs from the System has Failed, which I did not expect. I thought they were just gonna do like 2 or 3.
We all agree that the 5 best songs were Sweating Bullets, Die Dead Enough, Peace Sells, Tout le monde, and of course Holy wars. Skin O my teeth, Darkest hour, and back in the day also kicked ass.

Over all, bangin show. Matt and Gordy, you should've went. Also, if I brought a camera which I didn't, we could literally get the best pictures ever, I mean we were right in front. Oh well, its all good.

oh, and is it true Davey Mustaine said at the end of the show, "See you guys next tour!"? Because then he'd be contradicting reports that Megadeth is thru after this tour... i hope they tour again, because i deinitely wouldn't miss out on them again.

nah i dont think he said that. I did think that this was their last tour but they should keep going, I mean dave is better than ever. either way ive heard many times this would be their last tour because of all the shit dave went through in the past couple of years but if he went through all of that to be able to play guitar again, why would he just stop after 1 new album.
