The pictograph: The scared guy is in the bar during the day. You gotta knock something over and take a shot quick while he's shaking.

The bottles:

First one you get from Medli (most likely the one you have already)

The second I believe is in a sub in the Bomb Island sector.

The third you buy from the boat merchant at Rock Spire Isle.

And the fourth you get from a thief girl in Windfall after beating the Forsaken Fortress the second time around.
