(sorry to those who've already seen this on the other forum :rolleyes: )
I am planning to make a re-make of the original zelda with the same maps, enemies, etc. The graphics will be different though. I plan to use 3d rendered sprites rather than the old 16 bit sprites from the original. The music will also be pretty much the same but enhanced to a nicer tone rather than the drone of old-style midi. Also there will be music added to where there wasn't any before: stores, secret to anybody's, etc. I will also add some cinematics at the beginning and maybe at other areas in the game. What do you all think about my idea?

As I noted on the other forum, it sounds like an awesome idea if ya can pull it off! :) I'd be interested to try that bad boy out when a playable version is ready :cool:
