i just threw medli ? across to the bridge and now i have been wondering around for an hour trying to figure out what to do..please help

She should've given you a bottle after you tossed her up... fill it up with water, dump the water on one of the bomb plants and toss the bomb at the big rock in the middle... then ya can move on to Dragon Roost Cavern... ;)
