I was looking at this site called Chrono Trigger Paradise and it showed character portraits. One of them was Queen Zeal. Does this mean you can get Queen Zeal in your party...Or is this just some picture that someone made?

The only picture avaiable ( to the public ) of Queen Zeal is one of the Akira Toriyama Concept work that was released on the manual of the original game. She isn't playable...
I wish we had all the concept Akira painted...

Nope, you can't save her, or else there would be a major flaw in continuity in Chrono Cross.

Also, that pic above of Queen Zeal was probably made by some fan.
