Title: Mod Distribution
Description: I have an idea :)

Consider this:

What if you could distribute the mod in chapters?

Most mods I have seen have done this:

They do parts of the game, and release their beta as a scrambled bunch that doesn't quite achieve their goal. This causes the fanbase to lose confidence and in-turn makes people forget about the mod because the anticipation isn't worth it.

Instead:

You could get enough content for what could be considered a chapter, or maybe a couple hours of gameplay, and get that out of the way. You would then have something to work with as far as getting the mod going.
ALSO: Coders need content to work. You can't do all the content and then code it, nobody would wait that long. This problem is also fixed by the chapter idea. You could get enough content done for a chapter, then the coders could get the core done with this material. While the coders are working, you can work on the next chapter's models, textures, maps, sounds, music, etc. Then, you could release the mod in installments, which come out quicker and quicker because you move from all code to all content in the work schedule. Once you have enough out, you'll have enough time to just finish it, and you can release it all in one package.

What are your thoughts?

 That does sound like a sound idea.... but I don't see how that could work with the new game+ option if they put that in.

I like it...don't know what the rest of the team would think though.

Probally not gonna happen, instead we will be releasing 'demos' of certain parts of the game, such as the bike race and I think it would be cool to release the magus castle as a demo.

The problem is that CT in most parts isn't linear... How do we would release a chapter without finishing most part of the Worldmap/area, and if that is finished why not release the entire thing. What we will try to achieve is some demos first and the final thing after.
