Title: Have you played Radical Dreamers?
ZeaLitY - September 10, 2005 04:40 PM (GMT)
It's a poll. Radical Dreamers was a short game released in 1996 for the Satellaview that tied up a loose end in Chrono Trigger's story. While I cannot provide a ROM, you must use a translation patch to play it in English. An assortment can be found at
http://www.chronocompendium.com/Term/Patch...dical_Dreamers)Here are the options:
Yes, it's an imaginative and great game!
Yes, I enjoyed it to some degree.
Yes, but I'm indifferent.
Yes, but I didn't like it, really.
No, I haven't played it yet.

I have, but i havent gotten very far. I enjoy text adventures and I really cant wait to play this through..if only I had it on an SNES then I would play it more..I find that when a game is for a system like the SNES and I play it on the computer I dont play it as much..I dont know why. Anyway I enjoy the game and after playing Chrono Cross it is cool to see what they did before the game(its before right?)...

 This is kinda awkward for a poll, ZeaLitY...you know, these forums DO have their own special function for creating polls...and you've always used it before when doing things like this... o_0
Anyway, I'm choosing the first option. It was a really great game, despite being short (I beat it within just a few hours), but the different scenarios gave it plenty of replay value. And of course, one mustn't forget Mitsuda's wonderful music, which sealed the deal for me, so to speak.

I honestly didn't like it that much.. Didn't get too far into it.. but I cant have a 100% text game... Sorry >.<
Played for about 3 hours just for the heck of it being Chrono Triggers sequil, but still...

I choose the second option.

I actually loved that game. So the 1st option for me: "Yes, it's an imaginative and great game!"

Yes, but I'm indifferent.
Little to much of an acid trip for me.

 I think I'll pick the second one. I liked it, but story book games have never been my thing. I remember the old D'D games for the nes how they were story booked and your sorta lead around by what you say...and well.. ya not my deal, I did like the story though, and laughed at some of the scenes with the monsters and what not.... though that sucked when I drowned in that one room... then got my arm cut off in the other... then got eaten... SPAM kicked outta me by a girl... the list goes on. It was interesting to play after playing Chrono Cross though, To see the differences I mean. Was that old woman Lucca?
Wonder how many Dementions Kid had to go through before she ment the ...umm... real cry baby Serge... okay that sounds like I'm diss'em.. but I'm not try'n to make it sound that way..
