How do you get her alive I train her alot and all then she dead I thought the train is for nothing lol.

Whe she dies yuo have to save the reactor. Go to Golden Saucer you get a thing called something: Description a new way to save the reactor. Then when you save it, you go to this man and he will give you an item. Go to the place i beleive where Aeris died or the church in Midgar. I am unsure though.

I remember diging up a item key to go back to midgar and when I went to aeris's church I saw her.

Nope, what you saw was a quick vision of Aeri, and you can only do on Disc 2 or at the beginning of three. Yeah you dug up the key from Bone village or the excavation site. Opens Sector 7.

yeah I saw two childerns too. How do u save her if not is there a cheat?

I mean you can only revive Aeris with explorer disc or cheat cartridege. It may only be done on disc 2 after she dies. You can on Disc 3. There are not cheats likr SSTO and so on. I wouldn't suggest reviving Aeris though. It may destroy your game or make it have faults.
