Depends on the girl really. If she is sophisticated pretty, then her parents are probably cool. If the girl is slutty pretty, she has bad parents. They usually don't care how their children carry themselves which results with them wearing skimpy outfits to draw attention from men to replace the attention they aren't getting at home.
