INGREDIENTS
7 1/2 Cups of Walla Walla Onions
4 Tablespoons of Butter
1/2 Cup of Rice
3/4 Cup of grated Swiss Cheese
1/3 Cup of Half And Half
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onions in butter, cook rice according to package directions. Mix with onions. Add cheese and half and half, mix well. Season with salt. Place in Casserole, cover and bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Yeilds 8 servings.
NOTE
Sometimes you can add 1 can of mushrooms, drained and 3 Tablespoons of White Wine.
