It HAS a Grass Form. Leafeon. Evolves if it's in Eterna Forest. It also has a Psychic-Type form called Espeon & a Dark-Type form called Umbreon.

Espeon & Umbreon are from the Johto Region/Gold, Silver & Crystal. Leafeon & the Ice-Type Glaceon are from the Sinnoh Region/Diamond, Pearl & Platinum.
