Kirsten Dunst gets mouth sown shut.

It's my favorite movie wise. Eric Mabius did a wonderful job as the bearer of the Crow in this movie.

Fred Ward, the villain in the movie, was in Tremors 1 & 2. He was there when the Graboids were first discovered & when it was revealed that they evolve into Shriekers.

THIS IS NOT THE LAST CROW MOVIE. I CAME ACROSS THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE THAT EXPLAINS YET ANOTHER INSTALLMENT FEATURING ANGEL STAR DAVID BOREANAZ.

The Plot:
Set in the American southwest, WICKED PRAYER tells the story of ex-con and social outcast Jimmy Cuervo. Despised by most of the local community, Jimmy plans to leave town once his probation is up and take his true love, Lily "Ignites the Dawn", with him. Those plans are altered when Luc Crash and Lola Byrne, leaders of a local satanic gang known as the "Four Horseman of the Apocalypse", murder Lily for her blue eyes to consummate a ritual which will turn Luc into the devil reincarnated.
Jimmy, murdered a long side Lily, returns from the afterlife as an immortal vigilante to exact revenge upon the Four Horseman. To be reunited with Lily, he must face the devil himself in order to stop the evil plans of Luc and Lola. Saving the love he and Lily shared also means Jimmy will also save the town that has shunned him, an ironic twist of fate that he must resolve to be reunited with Lily.

Haven't seen any of these movies.

Purple Ranger 14 - December 12, 2004 05:44 AM (GMT)
The first two I saw were cool. Haven't seen the other.

carebearmel151 - December 12, 2004 07:53 PM (GMT)
I don't think I'll see them. I wasn't liking the previews.

Purple Ranger 14 - December 13, 2004 06:10 AM (GMT)
You should at least see the last film Bruce Lee's son made. Plus, it has a :Ghostbusters in it.

TheBookerMan - December 18, 2004 07:39 AM (GMT)
My favorite of the three films is the first Crow starring Brandon Lee and Ernie Hudson. Yes, Ernie Hudson from the Ghostbusters movies is in The Crow. They made a pretty good team in the flick and I'm proud to say that I own a copy on VHS.

I like the second one too, The Crow: City of Angels. Thuy Trang, better known as Trini from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, played a villainess. She was so good and I'm sad that she won't be in anymore movies due to her untimely death in a car accident in September 2001.

The Crow: Salvation is great too. I rented it on DVD from Hollywood Video a couple of years ago and I love it. Kirsten Dunst and Fred Ward were in it and Ward's character was so evil that I wanted to see get his in the end.

The Crow: Wicked Prayer. This one looks awesome as well. Can't wait to see David Boreanaz play a bad guy in this one. Should bring back wonderful memories of his days as Angelus, the evil soulless alterego of Angel from Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel.

There are rumors going around that there may be a female Crow in one of the upcoming movies or maybe an animated series. I wouldn't be surprised if a female Crow shows up. There was one in The Crow: Stairway To Heaven tv series near the end of the series run I believe. BTW, that series kicked some serious butt too. If they do the female Crow as rumored, I think Amelia Cooke from Species III should play her. Look her up on imdb.com and she is perfect for the part. Dark hair, great body, can kick some serious ass, and can act. Definitely would be great for it.

Purple Ranger 14 - December 19, 2004 05:36 AM (GMT)
The star of "Stairway To Heaven" was a childhood friend of Brandon Lee's.

TheBookerMan - December 19, 2004 07:54 AM (GMT)
I didn't know that. Maybe that's part of why they picked him though. Thanks for pointing that out for me Bobby.

Purple Ranger 14 - December 20, 2004 07:21 AM (GMT)
I found that out some time ago. Nice way to honor the memory of your friend, huh???

TheBookerMan - December 22, 2004 05:06 AM (GMT)
Yup and it sounds like he tried his best to be a good Crow in Brandon's memory. Too bad it only lasted one season because I loved that show. I taped it when I was at work and then would watch it when I came home. They used to show it back to back with Mortal Kombat Krusades.

Purple Ranger 14 - December 22, 2004 05:36 AM (GMT)
It was through this series that we learned of the Yang to the Crow's Yin...The Snake.
