I don't think it can be a Powerful Monster like Slifer or one that has to be summoned when every piece is obtained like Exodia.

He did when he dueled the Big Five in Tristan's Body with Yugi. He summoned Jinzo to the field to destroy their Gravity Bind Trap Card.
