Iron Chef Sakai, who was 83-7, FINALLY lost a Fish battle!!!! It was Battle Trout and he lost to Iron Chef Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America. Sakai actually made Trout Ice Cream. Iron Chef Batali beat Iron Chef Morimoto in a Spiny Lobster Battle.

Flay competed in Battle Lamb against a guy who likes to play with food and Flay did a Dr. Seuss inspired dish called Green Eggs & Lamb. It had a green Hollandaise-like sauce with Quail Egg. One of the judges was the singer Jewel. Flay Won.
