A Bang Baby is someone who was exposed to a mutagen that was unleashed due to what authorities called the Big Bang. The Mutagen makes anyone that comes into contact with it a Metahuman. Static & his partner Gear are Bang Babies.

My body is the Reïncarnation from that great Dark power B. and I came in "touch" with Static Shock at HighSchool... It is because of his Mutagen that I reseved a Mutagen and that's how I became a Bang Baby (Wanted my revenge against him, but I get killed in order to save him...)

Not Much, because you can change into every creature known to man and I can only change into 3 different creatures and the Unborn is a Roach like Creature that walks on 2 legs and having something like Swords located on his arms (check out my Signature, left Creature).
