All you need to do is find out how much the tax perecentage is for the downtown stores and multiply.

Lets say it's six percent.. it's .06 x 22,000

The answer is the amount of tax that is taken out.

Hope that helps. (You can find out how much tax a downtown shop takes out by going to create a store.. and it's listed if I remember correctly)
