- Changed the current rules in the RULES TO ACHIEVE REQUIREMENTS section of the Rules page as under the Rules for Enlisted Personnel.
- Added Rules for Members Who Are Minors, and Rules for Officers in the RULES TO ACHIEVE REQUIREMENTS section of the Rules page.
- Added a section called LINK EXPLANATION in the Home page.
