Rules for Members who are minors:

If you are a minor and your parents have not given you permission to join the guild forum, then what you need to do is to send an e-mail to the Admiral. He/She will take care of making sure that the necessary Officers will know of your helpful deed.

Rules for Enlisted Personnel:
  • Whether you help a non-guild member or not, before you do so, check to make that someone in the guild forum is on-line. It is preferred that one of the Officers is on-line but anyone will do. That person will be the witness that you did create a swap to help some one.
  • Post in the General Talk forum that you have helped someone. If you are the witness, please verify that in the Shop Power Board in PowerPets, you saw our member saying that he/she has put the item in swaps for the person our member has helped.
If you are helping non-guild members with quests, have the person you help send a PMail to the Admiral or anyone of the Lieutenant Junior Grade in the guild. This will let us know that you indeed helped him/her.

If however you are helping other guild members with quests, please post a message in the Genral Talk forum that you have helped so and so if and only if you did not answer his/her post in the Quests Category in the Guild Forum. In the post, include the item you traded and what you got in return. We shall try to make an award for the Helper who trades for less to help others.

Rules for Officers:

Whether you help a guild member or non-member, you will need to post it in the Power Helpers forum in the PowerPets section of the Guild Forum. We will assume that you are honest and will not require a witness in the forum when you post about who you have helped. However, it would be preferable if there was a witness.
