Does anyone have any interest in lycanthopy and the study of werewolves. I would like to hear some different takes on this topic. Does anyone have stories or information? It doesn't have to be credible or real, lore is good too.
I know that in wisconsin they have stories from as far back as 1958 about the "Bray Road Werewolf". In that general area, especially in the early 90, police recieved several reports spanning over about a 10-month period about a creature standing erect at over 6 feet tall, with the appearance of both a beast and man. It was encountered by a security guard and attacked animals at nearby farms. There are alot of sites on it.
As far as werewolf lore, they have the traditional silver bullet as a defense. But I have also heard that they have an aversion towards ash trees.

It was probably just some really ugly-hairy redneck. hehe
Or you could always read "Harry Potter" j/k
all i know is the basics that everybody knows as far as the origin i think it all comes back to that hairy man diesese i think lycanthropy is something that is just misunderstood and elaborated on by science but you never know
