Since it is still a part of the storyline, but not everyone will get to play the game, here's the spoiler for Enter the Matrix (taken from the ricebowl journals forums):

You can probably get this info at matrixcommunity, but I thought I'd share anyway. Warning, major Matrix Reloaded spoilers about as well as game spoilers.

In the game, Niobe and Ghost are called in to retrieve a package in the matrix. It turns out to be the last transmission of the Osiris - Thadeus, the Osiris' captain, was the one who discovered that the machines were digging. Their crew did an emergency jack into the matrix and dropped the package in a post office or something.

Remember how in the movie, one of the captains (Ballard, played by Roy Jones, Jr.) remains behind for the oracle to contact? Eventually Ballard is contacted, and he has a brief but very cool fight with Seraph. The FMV reveals that Seraph is somehow indebted to the Oracle, which is why he protects her.

Ghost and Trinity are sort of brother and sister (in spirit).

Niobe and Ghost meet the Keymaker before Morpheus and gang... he escaped on his own and was able to save them from agents by bringing them into that "programmer's hallway" place.

Persephone does the whole kiss me like you're kissing her thing with Ghost. Yeah baby, mighty asian man gets some hot monica belluci action. She was even more impressed by his kiss than by Neo's. HAH! So who is it that Ghost loves?

Ghost was taken to see the Oracle (no FMV of a fight against seraph; you actually had to do the fighting yourself). She and Ghost have a history together, and she knows about his love. She asks him if he still loves that person, and he replies "as much as she loves another."

As Ghost leaves through that programmers hallway, he is ambushed by a dozen smiths. A long and frustrating game sequence happens where you have to basically run from smiths who pop up everywhere.

There was a nice movie showing Bane/Agent Smith in the real world slicing up his hand even more. It looked like he was carving out a tic-tac-toe board. At the end of the game, you actually see him walking down the stairs of a ship, dead bodies of his crewmates everywhere.

Lastly, it was Niobe's ship that set off the EMP that killed the sentinels who were about to waste Neo and Trinity.

Completing the last mission treated me to the Revolutions trailer, just like at the end of the movie. Freakin awesome. I hope we see plenty more of ghost, he was a cool ass character to play.
