I have received another alliance proposal:

Good Afternoon. I am tging you today to talk about making our regions stronger. I see that you have a huge region and I congratulate you on a job well done in making your region a step ahead of everyone else. I am from the region: Great Britain. Right now we are a small region only because we are relocating, and we hope to achieve full strength by two weeks pass. I would like to make our regions into an alliance sometime in the near future. I would also like to visit your region a couple of times just to get to know the culture or something to that effect.

If any of this is a problem, please let me know. I understand if you don't think my ideas are what you want to accept and I will leave you and your region a lone if you want me to.

It can't hurt to make new friends :) . There's been no specific request here. I say let him drop by any time, and if he wants to lay down a specific proposal, we can negotiate it's terms at a later time.
