As Foreign minister I have begun to create proxy nations to act as ambassadors placed within our allied regions. So far I have located "CanadianembassyAfrica" and located it in africa. I need to discuss what other allies this needs to be set up for.
Essentialy this is a communications tool that allows us interaction without having to physicall leave Canada to do business. The passwords for all of these embassies will be the same and the Prime minister only will be granted access to this password in the event of my departure or if I lose an election.
Thoughts? Problems? Questions?
Just a thought -
In the event that there is a change in office holder, would it be the PM's responsibility to change the password for all the embassy regions?
Well either the PM could do it or the new person taking office.
Good idea. Usually the delegate also runs a line of non-UN member countries in various regions to act as Ambassador. The best way to do this is to announce your intention to the delegate for the region if they would welcome an Ambassador. Upon positive reply, the delegate would then create the new country, move to your home country first then to the host country. Announce that it would like to be ambassador representing your home region. This must seem formal and all on the up and up (I've seen invasions begin this way).
You must agree on a timetable between the two delegates.
A window where a passworded region would either remove its password to allow the ambassador in, then change it back.
