I'd like to welcome Virtual Domination to the region, as the new ambassador from England.

Welcome Virtual Domination.

Thank you for your warm welcome it is much appreciated :)

I would like to comment that I think your region sending telegram updates about for example, the forthcoming elections, is a very good idea to involve all.

You'd think that, wouldn't you? There is a small minority out there who can't stand them though. What'ya gonna do...

Delegate: His Majesty

Events this Week:

This week has been somewhat uneventful in England, they are recovering from the United Kingdom crisis, but here is what has happened:

*His Majesty has been in discussion with the prosecutors trying to charge Ireland with illegal invading etc and has privately been trying to draw his own conclusions by listening to both sides.

*it was also noted that the forum (separate from NS) had gone alittle quiet as well, but that is partly due to HM being busy in RL and also the abscence of 2 senior cabinet members away on holiday.

*Earlier this week, there was a discussion on films which sparked much discussion.

*The regional competition which is a cricket competition was begun.

*New embassies are being sort to expand England's peaceful relations throughout the world.

*A formal defensive army was set up, with a decent number of volunteers.

*A nation named Lord Dinotopia (who many may have heard of) returned from the grave as well.

UN voting: We voted FOR the current resolution after much deliberation.

Sorry it's been a while posting here, I've been beaten to post here by His Majesty :) Here's what he said to me about the region this week anyway!

Date: 22nd April

Current Population: 221
Current Delegate: His Majesty

Events this Week:
*Alot has happened this week, we have been debating about new ideas on how we can simplify our regional defence and make the army more accessible to those that wishto join England.
*The embassy of Bakiithia was also shut due to an internal split in their region.
*There is still no posting on the embassy in England from the rockies, there has been rumours that they are now region crashers and they too have had a change of government- seems like it's happening everywhere eh Blackshear :)
*A civil service is being created in England too, nothing has been fully discussed and isn't near announcing more of what is happening in it, but it'll be good :P
*The cricket competition is also going quite well now agai in the region, there was a slight technical hitch due to the real life exams of our minister for entertainment :)

UN voting: In the end we voted AGAINST the resolution,it caused much despute within England as to whether it was worth it...the majority however believed that a)the technology might fail anyway b)the human race was going to eventually die anyway rather like the dinosaur and c) that money would be better invested in exploration of space and developing further more accurate instruments to find out whether the asteroid coming was "the one".
