We are greatly concerned that we can not continue our relief efforts in Sephrioth.

Two large nations, one of which was the first to use nuclear weapons against Sephrioth are demanding we cease our re-construction efforts.

Quite frankly, the security forces we have at present in Sephrioth are insufficient to deter this threat.

We are trying, as is always our first choice to reach a diplomatic solution.

We fear, however, that we may become bullied out by superior force, and are calling upon our allies to show support for our cause, and to deter a possible escaltion into further armed conflict.

My question is this: What are the combined forces of these two Nations?

If they are within reason, I may be able to send a peace-keeping detatchment over.

the two nations have a combined population of 412 million, and both are very strong economically.

We do not, however, necesserily require actual military involvement from our allies just yet.. but rather a show of support, from which millitary intervention may be inferred.

That being said, we may indeed need to call upon your offer of millitary aid, but wish that the situation does not progress this far

I have at least three puppet Nations with avilable troops probably equalling that. If I add Carbanousa's to it, it is feasable to outnumber them easily.

Several of our allies, including those within the region of Black Army Allliance have rallied to our side and have allowed the situation to stabalize and to allow us to continue our efforts to rebuild Sephrioth.

Thankfully we seem to have been able to avoid armed conflict.
