Title: Canada's Neutrality in the UK
Description: The England/UK/NI/Ireland Conflict

This is an official communique restating Canada's neutrality in the conflict between the English and Irish in the regions of the UK and Northern Ireland.

Having stated this regional position of neutrality, it would be naive of me in the least to suggest that a region that is home to many Irish Canadians, along with several residents of England, will all choose to stay on the sidelines.

While Canada as a region will remain neutral unless there is a material change in circumstances, I accept that a few sovereign nations from the region of Canada may choose to ignore this neutral position and choose to fight for either the Irish or the English in this most recent skirmish in the Uk and Northern Ireland.

If any nation chooses to ignore the Regional position and send a UN nation to "fight" on behalf of one of the warring sides, I ask that when moving your nations to the conflict area, that you do not go straight to the conflict region from Canada.

If you are going to get involved in the skirmish, I'd ask that you take your nations from Canada on a route through the five pacific regions ("the pacific", "the south pacific", "the north pacific" "the east pacific" and "the west pacific") before arriving at your final destination.

By doing this, you will be respecting Canada's neutrality in this conflict, as your nations will show up as having arrived from a region other than Canada, and your ultimate region of origin (being this one) will be obscured.

The last thing I want is either side in this conflict thinking that Canada is officially involved or taking sides in this matter. By taking "the scenic route" through all five pacific regions, Canada's neutrality will be preseved.

Everyone's cooperation with these instructions are appreciated.

That is a good plan. It will greatly help in keeping The Government of Canada neutral.

I agree with Micon. Neutrality is important.
